The project proposes an urbanization linked to the canal. To give to everyone an overlooking on the water the buildings are perpendicular to the canal. The roofs are planted roofs, using as terraces and able to receive the rainwater. The bors channel is accompanied by a walk with shops, cafes, restaurants, ...

The housing extend into a park who proposes outdoor activityies. It’s punctuated by woodlands and grassy spaces with views from the road to the canal. The water is connected to the city.
