The site is one of the only places around to offer access to the Seine. It can be considered as a theater giving seen on the river. It is bordered by different units (forests, open spaces, urban spaces, agriculture, ....). These units can play on the site such curtains, extending spaces, separating spaces and offering multiple views.

Urbanization continues inside the site. Each building, is designed according to the website continuities axes (edges of ponds, forest masses) and parallel to the Seine. The vegetation continues these axes. These successive curtains are playing with the transparency of species
